Nguyên liệu làm món kem chuối dừa đậu phộng cực rẻ và dễ tìm luôn:
+ Chuối: 5 quả
+ Nước cốt dừa: 300ml
+ Dừa tươi nạo sợi: 250g
+ Lạc rang: 150g
+ Bột sắn (bột năng): 40g
+ Vanilla: Vài giọt
+ Đường: 100g
+ Muối: 3g
+ Nước lọc: 200ml
+ Sữa tươi: 100ml
+ Sữa đặc: 3 thìa canh

Cách làm món kem chuối dừa đậu phộng:
– Hòa bột sắn, đường, muối cùng nước cốt dừa, nước lọc, sữa đặc, sữa tươi, vanilla bạn sẽ được một hỗn hợp sền sệt. Cho hỗn hợp này vào nồi đun nóng với lửa vừa, khuấy đều lên cho tới khi hỗn hợp sánh mịn thì tắt bếp, chờ cho hỗn hợp nguội.
– Chuối lột vỏ, xẻ dọc quả chuối thành 3 phần. Bạn nên chọn chuối tây vì sẽ thơm, ngọt hơn chuối tiêu. Dừa tươi xắt sợi, lạc rang giã đập.
– Dùng các hộp nhựa để làm khuôn kem. Bạn rải lần lượt: Một lớp hỗn hợp kem, một lớp chuối, một lớp dừa nạo, một lớp lạc đập dập. Bạn cứ làm lần lượt các lớp như thế này cho tới khi hết.
– Sau khi đã cho chuối và hỗn hợp kem vào đầy khuôn, bạn đậy nắp khuôn lại rồi cho vào tủ đá trong khoảng 5 – 6 tiếng là hoàn thành món kem chuối thật ngon cho cả nhà dùng dần rồi ạ!
