1. Không để tăng cân

Phần lớn thức ăn ngày tết thường giàu chất đạm, chất béo và ít vitamin như: cá, thịt, giò chả, bánh kẹo…Bên cạnh đó, đây còn là  những thực phẩm giàu năng lượng, dễ gây tăng cân, béo phì. 

Bạn nên ăn uống điều độ và khoa học, kết hợp nhiều rau xanh và hoa quả để bổ sung vitamin. Một đĩa rau xanh, hay hoa quả mát sẽ là cách hay nhất để bạn bớt ngán, đồng thời làm đẹp da và tránh tăng cân. Không quên vận động cơ thể để giải phóng năng lượng.

2. Cẩn thận với đồ ăn nguội

Mọi người thường mua thực phẩm để vào tủ lạnh dự trữ cho 3 ngày Tết, nên đồ ăn không được tươi ngon. Những món ăn đặc trưng đó thường là: chân giò hun khói, giò, chả, lạp xườn, bò khô, tôm khô, xúc xích, dăm bông… 

Các thực phẩm này nhìn chung đều mặn, giàu chất béo nên không tốt cho những người cần kiêng muối và kiêng mỡ. Bên cạnh đó, các chất bảo quản trong thực phẩm có hại cho tim, thận, làm tăng huyết áp….

Bạn nên ăn đồ tươi, nóng hàng ngày bằng việc nấu cơm, chế biến món rau xào hay những bát canh nóng hổi.

3. Hạn chế rượu bia và nước uống có ga

Tết là khoảng thời gian sum họp vui vẻ, không ai có thể tránh được việc nhậu nhẹt, chúc tụng. Tuy nhiên nên hạn chế việc này để giữ sự tỉnh táo và khỏe mạnh cho ngày hôm sau.

Ăn uống khoa học sẽ là cách tốt nhất đảm bảo cho chúng ta có một cái Tết vui vẻ, sức khoẻ dồi dào và hạnh phúc trong năm mới.
